Methods for detecting conductive fibers in anti-static clothing

To identify conductive fibers, carefully cut the fabric along the edge of the black conductive fibers with scissors and separate the black conductive fibers. Observe with a magnifying glass whether there are one or several relatively thick fibers, and use a surface resistance tester to measure the resistance of the separated conductive fibers. After separating several fibers, it can be basically determined whether each black thread in the fabric contains conductive fibers. (Conductive fabric uses carbon organic conductive fibers, which are black or gray, generally around 20D, between 1F and 6F. To achieve the strength requirements during weaving, a regular black or white polyester fiber needs to be added.)
